700 thousand cruise passengers will make the northern capital of the Dominican Republic one of the most popular ports of the Caribbean. This statistics was voiced by the general director of the cruise terminal Amber Cove Mo Al-Moulin.

As the correspondent of the information group "TURPROM" in the press service of the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, in 2017 the port has already received almost 660 thousand passengers, which was a record increase of 40.15% compared to the previous year, according to the statistics of the Department of Cruises of the Ministry of Tourism.

In 2018 the passenger turnover of the port will be provided mainly thanks to the ocean liners of Carnival Corporation, which owns the terminal. "That is why the leadership of the port of Amber Cove has every reason to believe that in the new year the positive dynamics will continue," noted in the Dominican Republic.
